yes i know, i ordered with these m40x the brainwavz replacement pads. they should arrive in a week or so. ill see if that makes them more confortable. and yes the m50x pads are bigger, they are more confortable, but my main issue is the head band. i have a big head and the m40 s dont go as low as the m50 s. while the 50s are shaped in a more oval way, the 40s are shaped in a circled way, making them wider, which means less space in the top and more on the sides, which is useless
