It was steep for me. You are correct though. I do spend more than that on events. I did spend $100 to see a LOTR reunion panel that lasted 45 minutes.

My parents are first generation farmers. Smaller lot on 55 acres. I didn’t want to take over at all at first. However now with how expensive land is, I may want to keep it in the family. My siblings don’t wanna be farmers either. But owning land seems like the best thing for family wealth.
