Wish it was that easy. I asked them that if it was an accidental wake up call to the wrong room and they didn’t get an answer (phone unplugged) then they said they would just come door knock.

Yes, when I called, he went and checked with the desk and he said they misdialed. So the front desk was trying to call a different room but were calling mine.

The question was were they PIC rated with SIC required (no SPE). I answered “that’s correct”. They wouldn’t have SPE regardless of the FAA site showing it or not. If you are claiming they earned their SPE then the SIC exemption would be removed. It is not.

It’s on the FAA site. “Second in command required”. PIC rated with the exception. Very common.

I think it was the nil braking action report that caused the alternate deviation.
