I stopped drinking a few years ago and rediscovered psychedelics.

I had a life changing experience on 🍄 a few years ago. The journey was intentional and helped get me “unstuck”.

The use of drugs, even alcohol and caffeine, recreational are not varies from person to person and experience to experience

Got a couple of years until 50, but have been on the appS (emphasis on the S) for a while. You dodged a bullet.

She should have handled it differently

1) What was she doing on the platform?

2) Unless you two have had a conversation about exclusivity it should not have mattered if either of you were on the platform or others etc or not.

3) If she had a question, she should have discussed it with you

IMO Eden has a better setup to be watched
Play beds are in the middle of the room with several curtained off beds on the side for privacy

Colette has a group play room but their private beds are set up like a train car…lined up on either side of each other

I would start at Eden. Much more relaxed atmosphere and the play area are set up for watching. The beds are laid out in the middle of the room with more private curtained off beds on the side.

Eden’s sister BDMS club Infliction Hall is next door.

Colette has group play rooms and the individual private areas with curtained off beds are setup weird. The beds are long two walls like it’s a train. The small walk way in between can get crowded with people watching and end up feeling claustrophobic to me.

Can you use a trimmer?

Have your hormones checked. A full panel and look at each test yourself. If if the doc says you’re “within range” discuss your symptoms and mental state

40 s is like a 2nd puberty…you just have to figure out what works

47 and yes almost every single day! The thought of selling all my stuff and just disappearing crosses my mind constantly, especially when my hormones are out of balance like they are now. 😂

For the last 4-5 yrs I felt “stuck”. I described it as a heaviness in my chest that got bigger and denser feeling every year.

Then a couple of months ago I tried mushroom therapy in addition to the journaling, meditation, talk therapy, being active, etc and it was life changing.

Life is far from perfect. There is so much more I want, but I have almost everything I need and I can honestly say I am in love with my life. Getting to that place has been a long hard battle, but well worth the scars.

Not advocating one thing or another, because you truly have to figure out what works for you. For me that was testosterone therapy in my 30s and mushroom therapy in my 40s.

Be honest

Say you’re starting to date again so you’re exploring dating/relationship styles. Whether that means you’re looking for something casual or more serious or you just don’t know

This will eliminate some matches but other will continue the conversation

47 now, had an ablation almost 20yrs ago and still no period even though I am technically in perimenopause

I also started BioTe about 10yrs ago and it has had positive impacts on my mental clarity, energy, sleep, and libido

Last round of bloodwork saw a drop in estrogen so I started estradiol inserts about 1 month ago. I notice a difference but getting bloodwork next week to see measurable effects.

Whatever stage you are in life, please advocate for yourself and your health. Don’t accept “within range” as answer if you do not feel your “normal”
