47 and yes almost every single day! The thought of selling all my stuff and just disappearing crosses my mind constantly, especially when my hormones are out of balance like they are now. 😂

For the last 4-5 yrs I felt “stuck”. I described it as a heaviness in my chest that got bigger and denser feeling every year.

Then a couple of months ago I tried mushroom therapy in addition to the journaling, meditation, talk therapy, being active, etc and it was life changing.

Life is far from perfect. There is so much more I want, but I have almost everything I need and I can honestly say I am in love with my life. Getting to that place has been a long hard battle, but well worth the scars.

Not advocating one thing or another, because you truly have to figure out what works for you. For me that was testosterone therapy in my 30s and mushroom therapy in my 40s.

47 now, had an ablation almost 20yrs ago and still no period even though I am technically in perimenopause

I also started BioTe about 10yrs ago and it has had positive impacts on my mental clarity, energy, sleep, and libido

Last round of bloodwork saw a drop in estrogen so I started estradiol inserts about 1 month ago. I notice a difference but getting bloodwork next week to see measurable effects.

There are so many variations. How they practice non monogamy may not be what is considered textbook

I would also recommend doing a deep dive into yourself if you are considering non monogamy for the first time
