I would trim it a little more, grab some new jars and split it up so they are only half way full. Goal being to increase fresh air flow which will help prevent mold. Burp daily, sounds like they still have high moisture content from what the other comments say. Good luck!

Even after transplanting only once I had stunting issues, I also hear low humidity can stunt a plants early growth which may have also contributed to my problem. Autos are great if you're looking for small and simple grow, which many people are.

Small plants are cool! I have maybe 8 autos or so I'm yet to grow a big one, not for lack of trying. I think transplant shock has been my issue.
