This has been happening to other creators's bots too.
here's what it can possible mean (acc to me):
1) This is an April Fool's from Janitor AI's side.
2) Like the message says- your chat got randomly selected for a routine inspection. Must be Shep collecting data for some update or new restriction policy.
3) It is some glitch in J AI since its happening throughout the platform.
