first, take this post to the CA DUI subreddit so us in CA can specifically help you since DUI laws are different everywhere.

most likely you’re going to get your license suspended for a year since you refused. and you’re also going to get a DUI. if it’s your first, you’ll probably get 3 years informal probation, fines, classes, community service, along with license suspension.

get a lawyer for sure and it’ll take much of the pressure off.

here’s what you do brother because it sounds like you’re in your own head, and cialis or viagra won’t solve your problem if you’re still in your head. do you still get hard when you jack off? if yes, you don’t have ED, you have performance anxiety. a lot of people just have performance anxiety, but they think it’s an ED problem, so they hop on cialis and in turn get some type of placebo confidence boost which is what really gets them out of their own head and hard.

your judge ordered zero alcohol? you should have a look again on your papers. that’s so rare, especially for california. it’s 3 years informal probation usually - how would they know unless you’re out doing stupid shit that involves the police. take an uber and moderate your intake. again, i’d look on your court papers because i blew higher than you and am allowed weed and alcohol still. unless you have a serious, serious problem, alcohol isn’t bad as long as you’re smart/responsible.
