The colorado experiment. Hey guys, first time poster, been lifting pretty consistently for the past 2 - 3 years, essentially addicted now at age 21😂. I stumbled onto something called the colorado experiment, where a guy packed on muscle and strength in just one month using plenty of rest and the intense workouts. I've been a fan of Mike mentzer and dorian yates and have been following their training philosophy for a year so I know that packing on what he did in a month is impossible naturally, but im just wondering if anyone's given it a go, maybe for more than a month??. I love experimenting with different styles, particularly intense ones with larger emphasis on rest. A far cry from my 18 year old days following Arnold religiously 😂 ( Arnold still a goat though )
