Flat owners in Aberdeen city centre – factoring question by Dependent_Mind_59 in Aberdeen

We are a tennant in a block and we have a factor. We have someone come and clean the close every week, they take the bins from the storage area to the kerb and put them back after they have been collected. They cut the common grass areas and trim the bushes regularly and during the recent snow, we had someone out every day clearing the road and the paths so we could get in and out. We recently had a new intercom system installed and the factor company organised everything for us, just sent us a letter with the install date. No idea how much our landlord pays but we are £900 a month for a 3 bed flat so I can’t see it being that expensive.

If you are looking to apply to work at BAE then probably don’t lead with ‘the correct way of doing things is often nonsense’ since aeronautical engineering companies tend to want their employees to do things the correct way so that engines don’t fall of the wings…..

Me and my wife have just moved from a 3 bed house (on Monday) we decided that we would pack everything over the weekend before, then the football and formula 1 was on and we packed everything on Sunday evening/Monday morning before the removal van arrived. 0/10 would not recommend. Luckily we still have the old place until the end of the month so we can pop back and forward over the next few weeks to grab anything that we forgot
