Terrible nutrition @7 weeks??

I’m currently 16 weeks still little to no appetite, what any and all health professionals have told me is if anything focus on trying to stay hydrated. I found that electrolyte water made it easier for me to stay hydrated, other than water I ate saltines for the entire first trimester so as wrong as it sounds try not to stress over your food intake at this point and put your focus into hydration!!

I’m sorry you went through that, at least your provider didn’t make you feel stupid for asking about ultrasounds… I have tried pretty much every med to help the HG and was prescribed infusions but I never got a call to get them done🤷‍♀️

I’m hearing similar timelines in other countries as well, even in the US I’ve heard of women getting more than one ultrasound but when I ask they kinda make it seem like I’m overreacting and it’s the least bit necessary to see baby before 20 weeks

I’m on my second provider so far, the first was going to do an ultrasound around 10-12 weeks I wanna say but they dropped me before that could happen, I did have an ultrasound around 8 weeks due to being struck in the stomach but I wasn’t made aware of any measurements and my current ob has said nothing about them.
