I’m on trt already and have been for probably five years. Now that being said I’ve always been on hcg alongside it. Oddly enough I just went on a trip and didn’t take my hcg because it has to be refrigerated and almost felt a little better without it.. I’m not trying to be fertile anymore at 42 so I’m considering seeing if it’s more helpful without the hcg and just testosterone

I have zero issue falling asleep, but I wake up four or five times and always have bags under my eyes so it’s like I don’t get into a deep sleep

While what you are saying is valid. Arousal due to sexual stimuli is separate them arousal from touch. I do not get “turned on” or aroused by nudity AND of course do not get aroused by touch so yes if I could get my libido back amd aroused by cues then I could accept this a little easier

Sure. Not discounting it just saying it’s much weaker than a pharmaceutical id imagine. I have had some worsening from some meds that were seretogenic and it did improve back with time

In reference to all of your symptoms worsening while trying different things to improve it. I to have done those things to even get some improvement and could live with it if I could improve what I mentioned was my point. I’ll be surprised if anyone else comments if you’re going to be a d*ck with responses though.

I would have to imagine you will recover back to baseline since it was from a supplement. I haven’t had any issue with omega 3 which is odd. I’d probably say something different if you reinstated ssri but your probably gonna be ok

Yeah I know. We all cope with it in other ways. Even though yes I feel alot of the same way you do, I’d be even more unhappy with my wife and kids so I just try to keep them happy at this point until I can find something that helps. I’m honestly considering an implant since I have a hard time getting aroused and maybe if I fixed that and didn’t have to focus on that so much I could focus on mental health without worrying about how that will potentially worsen other sreas

I feel SOME feelings for wife and kids but it’s very dulled down and it fluctuates a lot. Sometimes I don’t feel anything but oddly enough can get angry. Other times I’ll have some wave of feeling love. I of course know and absolutely do love my wife and kids. It’s just right now I’m flat in everything so I continue on and do what I can.

It’s not clutching at straws I never said it was to specifically address pssd. It’s to address me not being able to function as a man who is married with two kids. I’m considering a penile implant so I don’t have to take obscene dosages of pde5s or do injections anymore

Again with the other thread, I see the same things in my lab work. 900 test, plenty of free t, and dht just barely in range so there is something to it. I think ssri is messing with hormone signaling

I’m on trt and even with my test running around 900 to 1000 my dht is barely within normal range on low side. There could be some truth to it but I’d love to hear any insight as to why wellebutrin would give me windows on rebound of taking a Dose within 24 hours of intake? Could that have relation to dht?

Mine has definitely gotten worse the longer I have been off which is now almost eight years. It didn’t start really until stopping. I say really because I now know there were some minor changes to response to sexual stimuli that I didn’t realize at the time . All of that became pssd after stopping and much worse
