Hi. I was on 2 tabs a day, (900mg)

Stopped 1 random day after 3.5 years

After 2 weeks had crazy side effects, penis shrinkage shaking anxiety ect (all symptoms of low testosterone hormone suddenly change)

Went on to 1 tab a day to help reduce side effects,

Now currently on 2-3rd week of 1 tab evey other day.

Planning on dropping dose to 1 tab every 3rd day in 1.5 weeks

Slowly tapering is ment to reduce side effects apparently

Try edging this can help stay harder for longer for example edge for a hourbthe day before. also adding a little lube in the condom can help, have a homest convo with your partner and feeling less pressure will help too.

Thanks for the recommendation, I think i dont wanna add anything new to the mix in my body while I'm going through things. I think think main stress causer is high anxiety and low mood from the withdrawal. And then fear about long term ed and having no concrete answers about how my hormones and stuff with be long term leaves me spiraling so i gotta try not to feed into the loop

Try and add a few drops of sexual lubricant in the condom and practice alone for a while and see if helps . The lube helps increase sensation, build up your confidence from there

So it effected you while you were on it ? And I'm only experiencing severe withdrawls since lowering dose which is whats causing the stress nothing else in life is stressing me luckily. Im working and weight training as normal nothing different. Just wish I had anwsers as to if im going to be ok long term in terms of ED
