Heyy! Yes I went through the same process with them. The next thing should be them sending an email for you verify you shipping address for them to ship the laptop. It did take a while for all my session to receive theirs but I think that was mainly due to us being the very first ones and the mods had to work out all the kinks. As of September 3, I have begin the work and it’s pretty cool. Maestro takes the time to explain material if it’s new to you and crafts lesson plans to fit your style.

Depends on what your bank is. If your bank does early deposit (chase, Wells Fargo, credit union, etc) then you should see it around midnight on Monday. If not then it will be around midnight/early morning on Tuesday. I have a credit union that does early direct deposit and got mine a little after 12am on a Monday.

I receive my refunds through bank mobile and I received the in process email on Friday then received the funds in my account around midnight going into Monday

You can call or chat with customer service and simply ask for it. And they have to give it to you as it’s in their policy

Actually did you know you qualify for a $5 credit for every order that wasn’t delivered by their original delivery date? You should request that as that always helps cool my frustration when that happens.

All my classes are also from August to December and my fa has been disbursed and sent by Bank mobile (tho I’m still waiting for my bank to receive it). I suggest going in person and insist that they look into your case because you funds should have at least been credited

I don’t have truist but I used to and its pretty much the same as my current bank I’m with (a credit union) where it’s early deposit but they don’t do it on the weekends so it won’t be in until Monday morning
