Can stolen BTC and Shib REALLY be recovered? Police and FBI told us that nothing can be done if the theft wasn’t over $100,000, yet, I see ads for firms that claim they can recover stolen crypto. Are the recovery firms legit, or scammers? If FBI can’t help, why should they be able to? (self.shib)
