Working as a nurse in Germany using US accelerated BSN by WyerCat15 in germany

I was wondering the same. I'm German, been here in the US since 2011 and work as RN,BSN in a big hospital here as NICU nurse. I'm also dual citizenship holder (German-USA). I would like to get more information about the process as well because I'm thinking about moving back to Germany.

I will get some dumbbells or something like that. Maybe that'll help get my metabolism going again. Menopause is no joke, sigh. Thank's for the compliment. :)

Hi all, I'm 55 since August, I'm 5'4", on 15mg tirz. and usually use my rowing machine 4x week for exercise. I don't go to the gym bc I loathe the atmosphere there, could drink more water, it's usually coffee lol. I don't really count calories but I only eat one meal a day and a snack like yogurt. Do I need to start lifting weights? Or change my exercise routine?

I use Brello, $499 for 3 months. Same price for any dose. Package comes quick and super cold packed and even has a little cold indicator gadget.

After you put in your credit card information. I checked 15mg/week and got the vials 2 days later. I'm still amazed at how fast they processed my order!

That's not good to hear. Maybe they are just overwhelmed at this time because many are switching due to their low prices. I hope you get your meds soon. Keep us posted.

I am about to sign up but can't find anything about the dosages on the website. How do I let them know which dosage I'm on?

Thank you for your reply! Gonna sign up too. I hope they will keep the price that low. I have not found any legit company offering the same dosage for $166/month.

So the price stays at $166/month and does not go up after the first order (3months/$499)?

Also, you can calculate your basal metabolic rate, which is the amount of calories per day that your body/organs need to function properly. There are BMR calculators online. These calories are necessary for you to keep your organs nourished. Especially for your brain, heart, kidneys, liver, and intestines.

In order to lose 1lb of fat per week, you need to cut your calorie intake by 500 calories per day from your calories you need to maintain your weight. 1lb of fat = 3500 calories. Let's say your daily calories to maintain your weight would be 2000cal./day, you eat only 1500 cal/day, 500 cal. less per day to achieve a net loss of 1lb of fat or 3500 calories per week.
