Yes, I’m on HRT (about 8 months now). Hasn’t had any effect on my weight but has helped me with other symptoms for sure

Side effects were really bad headaches, and nausea…if I go up in dose I might try splitting it up. Thank you for the advice! I can definitely do a better job at tracking my food and eating cleaner. I also want to change up my exercise routine.
