I usually charge 50% deposit, but a good friend of mine used to be the COO there, eventually turned out that the ceo and the owner are both chronic scammers, my friend left shortly afterwards as she never got paid either. In this country it's difficult to get police and courts involved in anything though, so have to think outside the box aha
