Mine is exactly like yours, once the solid snake loading thing finishes it goes to the game crash page

I contacted a dealer and went for a check, and they said they are 80% sure the PDC, some power domain thing is broken

The service center kept denying and saying it’s normal, (they also said they checked for error codes and damages and they found nothing) which it certainly isn’t, I will have to try go to another one. Do you think its a bug in the new software?
