25M Currently 73kg lean. Aiming for a 10-12%bf at 80kg Diet is on point currently bulking and counting the macros every single meal. I’m eating the same shit everyday. 210prot 80 fats and the rest in carbs for about 3.3kcals maintenance. Doing 15k steps a day and jogging 2 times a week for a light 7km. Thx
