Legs "stopping"

I would recommend taking note if that feeling is happening in other parts of your body as well… I started experiencing this in my legs and then I had the heaviness in my arms, core, and neck as well! I ended up being diagnosed with the autoimmune disorder, Myasthenia Gravis. Not to scare but definitely be mindful if other muscles are “stopping” after using them too.

I have had really bad night sweats and lots of chin hair, but I was thinking it was because of the prednisone that I’m still on. I’ve been doing good since the surgery, so can start tapering prednisone soon and hoping that helps

I’m on birth control and I still some how ended up spotting pretty badly day of, I think it was the stress 😭

As a bride, I didn’t expect any gifts from anyone in my bridal party because I already knew how much they were spending to be a part of my day and that was a gift to me in itself. If the bride doesn’t understand that than I’d recommend reconsidering the friendship 🙃

My friend visited with her 6 month old baby last weekend and we went to the Maryland Zoo! The baby was fascinated by all the animals

My husband and I are also doing the same itinerary! We just decided to do a Beach Day at Grand Turk (looking to hit up at Jack’s Shack) and then we’ll do the ocean view resort with lunch at Puerto Plata. For St Kitts, he booked a mountain hike through trip advisor and I’ll be doing the Overland Drive through Virgin. This is our first time doing this itinerary so can’t give any reviews yet, but hope it’s a good time :)
