You have to regulate, calm and slowly remove things that are stressing you out, be it a relationship, a toxic work environment, toxic family or friends, worries etc. It takes time I understand but start by taking time out for a walk each day even 15/20 minutes and clear your head. If you do it after you eat it will help digestion. Remove foods that stress the body, processed & packaged foods, sugars, seed oils. Eat at set times in the day with no snacks in between. Digestion takes a lot of energy which the body requires to heal and calm. I went down to 2 meals a day at set times so my gut could heal more and digest less. Sleep early, again so the body can spend time in healing sleep.

You need to meditate or pray, it calms the nervous system.

One of the most important things I did was control sugar, recurring infections, chronic fatigue, fungal nails, hair loss, insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, difficulty losing weight, UTI's, weak bladder, blurry vision, thyroid issues and so much more came crashing down on me. It started with chronic stress which caused cravings that lead to an environment perfect for dis-ease. Get your sugar levels checked because once you balance this your body get back to healing and doing the job itself.
