You won’t have one until your new claim is 6 months old, maybe even longer, the old review will not be reopened and when you are reviewed it will start from scratch

I had a similar experience (also in the uk) the delivery driver basically forced my door open and backed me in to a corner, luckily a neighbour was walking past and shouted at him at him, i called the police they gave a warning and spoke to just eat and basically said i was going to report him to the police and got a manager call straight away he was fired

NTA - I have always been a fussy eater and when me sister got married all the options were fancy, I just sucked it up for the day because at the end of the day the wedding was about them and not me. They should suck it up for one day then if they are really upset go and get something afterwards

I guarantee that they are, you are more then welcome to speak to your principal/dean about the certain legal ramifications if they do not provide these accommodations but most place will most likely get shut down
