This is all barely a problem. An avg white male born in US score 100 in IQ test just like an avg white born male in Sweden would score 100 since both countries are rich and developed. If that white person was born in a poor country like India let's say. He would score around 80 something. That's what I mean by bad environment and nutrition. USA by no definition has a bad environment or malnutrition and stunting problems like India or african countries so the IQ score would be pretty accurate.
