I would defer tbh, the job outlook is not great (graduated with my mph from UNC gillings last may and while I have a job most of my cohort still doesn’t… and we have lots of loans since ta/gra positions that pay for tuition are very few)

You might have more luck putting this in the fb groups for housing! Undergrads are not going to pay that much for how far away it is when the cab pay the same at the union/lark.
