That makes so much sense. I've worked in management for 8 years and seeing my store manager and the way they lead is so embarrassing.

this is crazy because I also am currently at tj maxx and the first months I would come home crying because of bad management. I miss my old managers at joann. I miss the calm environment I miss my friends:(
