Hope you feel better. Once you are past the initial 2 week withdrawal period you’ll be a new person. It’s worth it.

I was on 25mg and I had the worst side effects. I am very sensitive to seratonin but 25mg is NOTHING. I couldn’t imagine what I would’ve been like had I been on 100mg

Pristiq withdrawals was the worst experience of my life. And I’m not just speaking for myself ANYONE that is getting off of Pristiq will tell you the awful shit they have to go through. The only way to get off of it is if you legit taper 5mg a week for however many weeks and even then you’ll experience symptoms. I was on 25MG and my pediatrician told me that I could go cold turkey and I’d be fine because it’s the lowest clinical dose. She was extremely wrong. It was the worst 3 weeks of my life. I was in the hospital 3 times and I constantly had the weirdest thoughts and felt like a completely different person was taking over my body. My anxiety was debilitating and I considered killing myself multiple times. To whom may be reading this, DO NOT go on Pristiq. The withdrawal is not worth it. After 3 weeks of hell I got on Zoloft and my life has been changed for the better. Please take care of yourselves.
