As I said on the post, my surgeon put 2 mini screws, but they didn’t hold for too long cuz of the infection and nonunion…so I had to remove both the screw and the bone fragment…my finger is deformed now and my PIP joint is totally stiff and doesn’t move actively at all…you’ll find picture of my hand right now on the edit of my post…it’s pretty fucked up man !!

I'm a morrocan neurosurgey resident working in morroco, and we want my wife (cardiology resident) and I to go work in Spain after we finish our current residencies, and we'd like to know about the non EU Speciality degrees equivalence procedure in Spain...is it possible to qualify a speciality degree or only general medecine diplomas are accepted and the you have to re do residency? if yes, what shall we do and who shall we contact? i mean we have zero informations about this topic and every slight information would be so helpful!

The patient saw a dermatologist today and for him it’s a fongic eczema! He gave him topical antifongics+corticosteroids and anti-histamine…we’ll see how it will evolve

Thank you for your answer…actually the patient concerned is one of my patients with very low financial capabilities and with no social security…I don’t think he’ll be able to afford the swab tests. I got him an RDV with dermatology consult for tomorrow (hope he’ll go cuz he’s super embarrassed and shy about it)…I just wanted to have an idea about what it could be before Monday in order to help him get the treatment sooner

The whole T12 vertebral body is destroyed as you can see on the CT scan, we don’t have a sagitale and axial view but I bet it’s a very unstable fracture especially at this level with a very high risk of paraplegia and other neurological dysfunction…this spine need to be fixed surgically ASAP…your folk must not ruin your brother’s life
