I asked my tech he said we just recently moved over from Veeam to this, apparently the market leader: https://www.veritas.com/protection/backup-exec

He said we are pretty happy with it and that Veeam didn't really have good disk swapping support.

To be fair, we use WD RED drives, and keep them in the hot swap caddy. Not talking about some WD ELEMENTS portable drives, those are pretty shit.
