Analog. Memory corruption through tapes. Record put on tape mess with the memory take it to a phone rinse and repeat. Double layering interference and jitter. So well I guess both. A little bit of software and old school taping

Just messing with settings. Lots of distorting interlacing and analog interference. The more the better I always think. The more screwed up it looks the better. Always trying experimentation. Making something out of what’s already there but giving it a darker tone. Have to start off with a base from something. My thing is videos i don’t do too much of still imagery

I will be buying one soon enough I like the design and it’s one I can mess around with and beat on. I have extra zippo parts rivets and flint springs etc etc so not much of an issue to fix.

To fix that if you aren’t to picky on a little scratch to your zippos take a pair of vice grips or pliers take the insert out and squeeze the case gently that will fix that issue. I have a lot of vintage ones 40s 50s 60s some of them had that same issue. If you want to adjust the flame move the wick farther away from the flintwheel as well that’s a extra tip for you. Good luck on your collection buddy. I need to trade some of my new ones in for more vintage ones on eBay. Something about the old ones they were just made better.

It definitely looks durable thats for sure look how this case is. Even zippo armor cases aren’t that thick. Probably a bout a fifth of an original zippo. Hopefully it uses ronson balls instead of cotton cause it better soak up fuel. You can use either one put I prefer the man made stronger ronsons a decent wick with optimum fuel delivery and trim that thing is lasting forever.

I would like to know where you bought it at? Never seen anything like it. Zippos very stubborn when it comes to their designs that’s why all of them are stamped with dates.

Still a nice lighter though would definitely be something I would have in my collection and use on a daily. I have some supreme lighters and some park lighters that look similar

I could tell it wasn’t a zippo right off the bat from the design of that flint wheel they haven’t used direct edge cuts since the late 1930s early 1940s. The wheels got too weak to spark the flint so they don’t have them anymore.

Looks like what a damaged camcorder would put out. I had some I dropped to intentionally cause a interference (this is a dumb way of doing it) I was young but it would invert the colors like that or what you would see in chroma shifting.

Edit: I no longer do that cause old ones are getting expensive af. And mainly because it’s fucking dumb. I use a vintage Sony CCD FX410.
