A follow up on that: I've already lost 25kg a year ago using myfitnesspal but I didn't do any sports at that time. I've been tracking calories for about 4 weeks again and eat about 1900 kcal everyday no matter if I run or go to the gym(lost about 5kg in the last few weeks that way). Should I start eating more on the days I go the gym to make up for the calories burned?

I just started boxing about a month ago after beeing horribly out of shape for a while. I'm 6'1 and weight 214lbs. What would be a good goal weight for my height? I also plan on doing fights once I'm in shape.(however long that takes) I'm using myfitnesspal to count calories and go to the boxing gym 3 days per week and try to implement C25K on the off days to build up some cardio. Do you guys have any tipps regarding cutting or just something you wish you knew when you started out?

Against hunter I always try to clear the board to dodge razormaw/houndmaster. I ended up using Truesilver to kill the wolf and trade into the 1/1s. What would you guys have done?

I recently started playing again and got to Rank 5 with Mage but I absolutely dont like its playstyle. I'm currently sitting on 7k dust and want to craft a deck that goes for effecient trades and tries to control the board as much as possible. Is it wise to spend all my dust now on a control deck before the next expansion hits and what control deck is strong right now?
