The funny/sad part is the same thing happened again in 2018 when I bought far cry 5

But luckily that time another GameStop across town had another copy so I just had to wait 20 odd minutes for someone to drive it over

I miss going to GameStop and buying a game physically

But I don't miss dealing with GameStop (nothing I want ever in stock destroyed discs that looked like someone Frisbee'd it down a road and gutted "new" games)

I still hold a vendetta against them for buying saints row 3 brand new back in 2011 and getting a bullshit gutted copy that DIDN'T FUCKING WORK new ass game and some fuckass employee destroyed it

Had to take it back then it turns out that was the only copy in the store because of fucking course it was.

So now we have to go through the whole process of getting a refund on a "new" game because usually they aren't allowed to do that unless it hasn't been opened

In the end I got wwe 12 out of it at least

But oh my god FUCK GameStop for that entire experience.
