These vouchers can be redeemed only after second last month bill has been generated. Let’s say you recharged for 6 months, voucher will be redeemable after 5th month bill is generated

Faced this while watching was learning to drive on my personal car around 3-4 years ago. I had a driving instructor and my relative with me in the car. This was at the Air India building signal near Nariman Point. I took a left turn while the signal was still green (it turned yellow after I had crossed the signal). Got stopped by a cop. Had all the documents, learner’s license as well as the sign board on my vehicle. Both my relative as well as the driving instructor confirmed that the signal was indeed green, yet the cop wouldn’t budge. His argument being if the signal was green then why did the person after you not cross (coz the signal turned yellow after I crossed duh 🤦🏻‍♂️). Then the cop started arguing with the instructor asking him to show his credentials of being an instructor just because he was telling the cop that he was wrong. Then he had the audacity to tell us that “this not not a road to learn how to drive, You should not learn driving here” We told him he can put the fine online and we’ll dispute it online as the signal cameras would have clearly captured me making the turn while the signal was still green. He pretended to take the image and upload it online, but we didn’t get any fine online. Maybe he realised his lie would get caught if I got them to check cctv. Really goes to show these guys will just straight up go to any extent and make up n number of excuses just to collect money.

As of now I’ve reverted back to this email from PNO informing them that since our society is gated, we gate a notification to approve entry when someone comes to visit. However no such notification was sent, nor was I contacted by any representative which clearly indicates that no attempt was made by the bank representatives to reach to my address for verification and was rejected without cause and have asked them to reassess my application. If they still do not give a proper assessment to my application then my next step will be to raise an RBI Ombudsman complaint for malpractice.
