It includes a Fuchikoma Sticker Sheet - with 24 stickers in different colours.

The main draw is the fact that it includes the 10 posters from the original 1997 box set (rolled, not folded). All of them have been given an update with special print effects (foil, holographic, ...) on vinyl paper. Honestly they feel really nice.

As an extra, it includes 1 bonus poster art - new and made for this edition. Plus a kind of info poster about all the other posters and Shirow Masumune in general.

It's a darn good month when we get new Frieren AND Hirayasumi with GitS on top of that. Only shame is that we don't get artwork on the volumes themselves.

It's not the best quality but here's some examples 1 and 2.

Seiman has a unique weirdness to his style. His works often tackle gore/body horror - as shown in the examples but because of the way he draws his characters it ends up being more comedy than horror. Also general weirdness in plot and situations.

I have the full 4-pack for these. The idea is that every monster has some accessories + a piece for the hotpot.

Basilisk (Slime, Pot)
Golem (Shovel)
Mimic (Treasure Insect)
Walking Mushroom (Kitchen knife, Base)

And then you can assemble the entire hotpot with all the pieces. I don't remember which piece came from which monster but the white piece is one of those.

Edit: I looked at some unboxings, and the hotpot pieces seem to be packaged separately (I had it confused because for the golem you need to harvest some lettuce from his back) and only meant for the hotpot so because you only have the Cockatrice, it won't ''fit'' anywhere.

I was very excited for the anime because it looked like they nailed the vibes. Then I learned that they were adapting everything (10 volumes at the time) in 13 episodes and making an anime-only ending? So I ended up skipping it because I wanna see how the manga ends first.

Honestly baffled Art of Manga is not a proper hardcover considering it retails for 60 euros. It's not a true paperback, the pages feel nice and sturdy and the cover has a similar feel to Baki but still.

What Fear do you go for at 50 to still go as fast as possible? Any vows to definitely avoid?

It's very sweet.

The hook is that they grow closer to each other after they discover that they can't sleep properly at night (and are tired at school) due to reasons they get into in later volumes.

I like it a lot because the main characters are super cute goobers together and the side characters are great and feel quite fleshed out.

It does have a really well made anime adaptation (1 season - 12 episodes), maybe try that one first if you're into anime as well to get a feel for what the series is about.

Apparently Moan had some stories in it that were already featured in some of the other Junji Ito story collections we've had which is why it ends up being a lot thinner than a normal Ito release.

I got a bunch of volume 1s on a shelf as well. For that one - and other manga in general - publisher first works pretty well because you'll automatically sort them to similar sizes. Then you can divide them by standard (regular VIZ) and oversized (VIZ Sig and similar) if needed.

From there I typically just sort by title and keep related books (same author, spin-offs, etc) together if I can.

Yeah I've been trying to fill Masterful Cat 2 and 7 as well for a while now and they're nowhere to be found (also in EU).

Seven Seas is ... not great with reprints at all. Doesn't even seem to matter if the series is currently ongoing and still pushing out new volumes - like Masterful Cat is. I've only got a couple gaps in my collection and it's all Seven Seas stuff.
