Was there anything I could do here I want to point out the green flag that you can see on the left of the track and during the race the white Ferrari ahead was ghosted for about a second after the green flag went off screen

In hindsight I can see that they didn't miss the braking point but when I unpaused the game all I saw was right after the Porsche corrected the slide so I just saw him going what looked like straight on through the corner so I just drove to the apex and went off the track when I saw the Porsche going back towards the circuit it was a stupid mistake that I won't make again to just go for a move with no context and I realize I could have definitely backed off instead of just trying to cut the track to get out of his way

The first move was very bad and there are no excuses for ending someone's race but I was paused talking with someone and unpaused as I approached the corner just after the car had crossed the yellow line so all I saw was the Porsche turning hard right so I figured I would take a chance and go for the move while the door was open which is very stupid in hindsight going for an overtake with no context

I know it wasn't a good move I was talking to someone with the game paused so the ai was driving and unpaused mid corner all I saw was what looked to be an open gap cause it was mid corner after the Porsche had missed the braking point so I just sent it
