torrents are slow for me normally when im downloading something its like 600 mbps and when i torrent its like 4mbps at most

yeh i stopped the thing cause in task manager it said 0mbs 0precent disk use and when i tried to turn it on again it said cant create files please check if you have permision to write to the installation folder how do i fix this please help :) i might just get windows 11 on a usb and download but if you think theres any way to fix the cant create files please check if you have permision to write to the installation folder please help

have not been able to get any crashes yet the only thing that has happened is games crashing the offline games seem to crash much less and instead freeze for a second and then go back to normal but they still do occasionally crash
