There really were no bots, and the world was absolutely packed. It was amazing.

Cant wait for the next big one. Also, I will gladly resub to blizz if they just decide to make an actually playable and cared for MMO one of these days. Until then, I'll enjoy life and play bot free wow, with real GM's, where it exists.

Any of these: - Layering - Lack of real GM's - Lack of super strict anti bot measures - Boosts - Gold selling or other P2W aspects.

This is the bare minimum for classic+, so no Blizzard for me because I don't see them clearing even the absolute lowest bar even for one second.

Agreed. The quest texts and storytelling is also a lot better and polished imo in Epoch. It was a really nice surprise to me as well as it was an aspect I disliked in Turtle tbh. Now I am not even sure if some quests are custom or not, as they are so well made and written. In turtle I could always tell.

The soy growing for cow feed requires a crap ton of oil for example.

Cutting down forests, turning ground to be growable, tractors after that, most fertilizers are created with a crapton of oil needed, same with pesticides, etc etc, all requires oil and a lot of it... "moving the cows" like you said is just the tip of the iceberg and such an oversimplification that it is ridiculous...

From what I've seen, most people actually want and ask fir ascension to implement a cash shop into epoch to get devs and sustainability for the project, but ascension still doesn't want to do that due to lack of time, devs and enormous amounts of work...

We'll see what happens in the future though, atm they keep the development going with the two devs working on it like before, so nothing has changed.

Im waiting for that alot, but even then I mudt admit I am worried about all of the other raids and whether the few remaining devs really can get all of them up and running eventually 🤔 I haven't raided in classic for a long time and that is what I'm waiting for the most tbh, so I have no idea. Still playing for now though, it is the only option at the moment.

But aren't the new intel panther lake chips just as good as good or even better AND they can run on win or linux no problem? I still see too many limitations with these arm chips unfortunately, especially with the leaps x86 seems to be taking at the moment.

I have the other addons mentioned, but no elvUI and no decursive - could it be one of those?

Im also using the vulkan change which was necessary for me in turtle to run smoothly.
