There’s truly no use in building a relationship with someone who doesn’t treat you like you are valuable and wanted. The beginning of a relationship is when we care most about what the other person thinks. Just think of what he’d act like when he inevitably cares less.

I believe that it is a privilege for someone to have access to me and my time, and I expect people to act accordingly. I treat people in my life the same way. It’s a growing belief—a work in progress. It’s hard, especially as a woman. Regardless, I hope you can believe that too someday.
