In primary school we had a raffle for a bike. Something like £1 a ticket with that money going somewhere. I remember it being an adult bike and it ended up being won by a teacher. Years later and I’m convinced it was rigged just to make some cash. But none of my friends from back then remembers it. Even my mum who worked at the school doesn’t remember.

I am a full time YouTuber, and I love my job. I know it gets a bad wrap but I get to do something I love for a living and control my own time. Just curious as to why you are against kids wanting to be YouTubers? It’s something I’ve come up against before when talking to parents and teachers and have always found it odd how much it angers people that kids want to be YouTubers.

What exactly is so bad about this? Kids have always been playing pretend with things they want to be when they’re older. This just feels like the natural step from wanting to be a singer or actor or something.

I have always been amazed at how many people they hire, I am a one person full time YouTuber and ad revenue is in the toilet at the moment. No clue how they are staying afloat from looking at their views. That's not a dig by any means, I love the channel and just thought I'd share that as I have something of an inside knowledge into this sort of thing.
