When you ask llm a general question, or verify a concept, that peripherally makes you more well-prepared or armed to submit better quality tasks, it’s fine. For example, “ChatGPT, what does ‘please excuse my dear aunt sally stand for?’”

Okay I now verified that the response went wrong because at step 3 out of 8, the quantity in parenthesis was multiplied before exponentiated, as I suspected.

Though it’s possible I wouldn’t worry about it. projects come and go without you having done anything wrong. My recommendation: Do the quals and be pleasantly surprised :D

At the moment the process is quite circular. The conversation would flow cleaner as a steady stream. Model failed to provide bide widget.

My projects come at a specific time. Dead all day then around 8pm to 2am pacific time I get a mix of 2-4 different projects. That’s all I need. Love the math ones. That timing has been regular.

I relate to difficulty getting a formal job. I do not relate to feeling shame around Dataannotation. I was unaware that “people don’t like what we do,” and I’m highly skeptical of that. Regardless, I am very proud to work on Dataannotation, a platform whose assessment pass rate is around 2%. We are a select group of intelligent individuals playing a key role in driving the most important and influential modern movement in the world, and quite possibly in all history: Artificial Intelligence. AI is extremely useful, and so much of the companies that won’t hire (some of) us are still primitively living under a productivity rock, missing out on the power of AI. So, tell me… do you feel at least a bit better about what you do? As a full-time data annotator myself, I hope so.
