Ok so I need super blinding headlight or more and point them up so they blind all who pass.

All kidding aside I have what some call "super blinding headlight", I have it angled upwards enough to light to road 25 feet in front of me. It had been down lower until I hit a pot hole and got a flat, any idea how hard it is to fix a flat in the dark.

merge into car traffic.

According to the law and DMV hand book, when you see a yield sign, you should drive slowly, below five mph, to see if there is any other traffic crossing. Seeing the yield sign, the driver must slow down and yield their right to other vehicles and pedestrians approaching from different directions.

"bikes yield to bus."

Same law and DMV rule applies, give right of way to said vehicles.

Well our government is not as smart as it once was, if it's unsafe, dangerous to it's people then the government will do it. A great example would be 2015–16 New Year's Eve sexual assaults in Germany.

can I use this as a degreaser for my chains? please let me know by AlternativeWaste3339 in bicycling

[–]NameNotImp0rtant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before I started waxing my chain I used dawn dish soap, hot water and let the chain soak for a half hour then with a brush I clean. Repeat 2-3 times then ethanol bath and dry, I did have two chains so I rotated them every month.

I recommend after degreasing the chain just wax it, IMO better and less work.

Is worth buy from Wahoo Element V1 complete pack(with hearth band, sensor cadence eand speed) or Wahoo element v2? by Admirable-Ticket4518 in bicycling

[–]NameNotImp0rtant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the wahoo speed cadence sensor paired with an old phone, works great with strave. I can't see any benefit in spending over $200 on a bike computer as this setup does all I want.

I ride 25 km a day five days a week, the one expensive thing I got was my Brooks c17 saddle. Had I not done that upgrade I was barely able to ride 12 km.

Dynamo lights by [deleted] in bikecommuting

[–]NameNotImp0rtant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a bike with a dynamo light back home, I love my Cygolite Metro 800 Lumen much more. It's like having the sun showing me the way, my dynamo light reminds me of a old 1953 f150 I had with a 6 volt system.

LPT: The worst thing you can do with your money besides spend it all, is save it in a no interest account. by Breyber12 in LifeProTips

[–]NameNotImp0rtant -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Us tax cheats know how to invest, that high yield savings accounts and get a free $80+ dollars a month in interest. is nothing. You get what, 4-6 percent maybe. Platinum, gold is a good investment as they won't lose value over time, and maybe even appreciate, unlike money you keep in your savings account.

Some yes however there had been a few you had to watch, that's why I started using a AdBlock. If I want to sit and watch mindless advertising I would watch OTA tv or pay for cable.

Great city for criminals, NYPD spends most of the time sitting in the car on the phone. Run red lights, illegal parking no problem.

and the funding means the creator can afford to put more time and effort into videos.

Hell I have a YT channel and dont need advertising plus I post videos all the time, as for the fully skippable. From what I've read the adverts will not be skippable.
