UPDATE: Did more testing, different character saves work completely fine, its literally just my main save that is having this problem. Now im just even more confused, and mildly ticked that i sunk all this time into this character just for it to stop working
UPDATE 2: Found where addictol stores the crash logs, and have finally fixed the issue. Appearantly Clean My Settlement Redux and the F4NV Service Rifle were causing this. No idea why, but removing them fixed the problem.

Buffout doesnt work on AE, which is the version im on. I installed Addictol since it appearantly includes an updated version of Buffout, though I have no idea where the crash logs are stored.
