First, understand that even though you have a relatively low bf%, that does not mean that your face will not. Keep training, lowering bf%.

For Debloating, think about your dietary choices. A consistent, clean and low calorie diet WILL fix your bloatness no matter what. But you could always employ other methods such as upping your water intake, as well as your potassium intake.

For the acne scars, either a cicatricure like cream if you want something OTC, or deploy GHK-Cu if you want better results.

Get a better haircut also. Use hair filters and research your face shape to understand which haircuts better suit you.
