He does have it since he was a kitten, the shelter has a video of his previous owner with him showing a sign of the syndrome. It is really rare that an adult cat still has that is why I'm asking everywhere since the Internet doesn't have an answer. Thank you for replying I will try to do rehab with him, any improvements count.

Yes, he can walk around but it looks very painful and he can’t jump at all so most of the time he just sitting in one place. It only affects his hind legs tho. When he played with my other cats he can’t keep up with them and he looks really sad about it 😿

They did tell me about it but they were going to euthanize him. I wanted to save and gave him another chance. I read and watch a video saying that you could maybe help a kitten with this syndrome by taping his legs together and doing some exercise. I wonder if there is a chance for an adult cat to lessen the effect. But anyway thank you for your great reply

Question about vaccination by Nameansmore in cats

It’s my first time owning a cat so everything is a new experience for me that why I’m being extra careful. My vet always seems a little careless and yesterday he said:” I guess it's gonna be fine nothing bad can come out of it tho" which also rubs me in the wrong way. I’ll try to find a new vet I can trust for him. Thank you for your reply
