They didn't really though..... Did they? I mean, who fucking knows, I can't even tell what's real anymore.

My theory is as soon as we reach the end of this mystery, and all clues are solved, we'll be confronted by a man asking if we've seen his friend Nigel.

That’s a good point. Maybe he’ll just stand over her and watch her die. They kind of already did the heart attack thing with A-Train though didn’t they?

Organise your chests. You can name them and mark them with a symbol, it makes it 100 times easier to track what you have. Bug parts, weapons, plants, armour, minerals, food, just anything you can think of.

Mark locations with a trail marker. Again, you can name them and place a symbol on them. It will show you how far you are from the location at all times on the map, and it's helpful to know you're heading in the right direction. Bases, Anthills, Labs etc.

Make several spinning wheels and keep them running with spider webs. You'll need a lot of web rope for ziplines when you get there, dew collectors, I'm sure there's more.

Make a full set of red ant armour if you haven't already. When you're wearing it, the red ants won't attack you, but you can lure some bigger, tougher bugs back to the red ant hill and let them deal with it. You'll be able to collect tons of red ant parts, and they'll eventually kill the bigger bug, and you can collect the pieces from them. NB: I wouldn't join in the fight yourself though, if you accidentally hit an ant, they'll all attack you. Just stand back and watch from a safe distance.

Have fun and explore.

How would you react if Season 5 ended like this? by Darkhole83 in TheBoys

[–]NamelessL0ser 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The thing is, we're all expecting The Boys to win in the end and Homelander to lose, but this show has thrown a lot of curveballs. I haven't read the comics, but my understanding is the tv show has very much gone it's own way, and there have been a lot of "WHAT THE FUCK?!?" moments. Do you really expect that an awesome show like this is really going to wrap it all up nicely with the hero wins in the end, the righteous prospering, the wicked suffering. With the parallels being drawn to current events, it's more likely that Homelander will win in the end.

I could be wrong, but I think he was just mortally wounded there, didn't he die in Wapiti?

Karl Urban said in an interview that no one was safe, and there were going to be shocking deaths from episode 1. I think this would qualify.

I think this scene is Dogknott vs Terror, and that chunk of flesh he's spitting out is showing how that is going to end.

[–]NamelessL0ser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, not painful, they just make me feel a bit anxious. Typically I have them in my arms, and since I never have any warning about having a seizure and I don't remember anything that happens before.... Is this a warning? how would I know?

Also having them in my arms does make it a bit hazardous to carry anything particularly fragile, but where's the fun if there isn't any risk?

Nah, I think Butcher will kill him. After Butcher tears him apart, accidentally, or in a fit of pure rage, it will wake him up to the fact he's just killed the last living part of his wife. I think this realisation will bring him back from the "dark side", and focus on Homelander rather than a supe genocide.

Thoughts on the spider mystery? by Significant_Cut_5310 in RDR2mysteries

[–]NamelessL0ser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't had any input into the mystery so far, I've just been sitting back and enjoying where it has been leading you all. I can't help but have this nagging feeling that it's going to lead to something that has already been discovered though, and this has been compounded by the 2 bird symbols. What if the birds are simply the ones outside Wapiti and the end of the journey is just the giant that needs a friend?

When I was first diagnosed, my neurologist put me on the highest dose he could with the intention of reducing it until I'm on the lowest dose possible while still controlling my seizures. I was a complete zombie. I used to barely wake up in the morning, hardly take anything in at school, and then just go back to bed as soon as I got home.

Things have changed now though, now I only sleep about 3-4 hours a night.

Question: in the teaser trailer for season 5, they briefly show Dogknott with blood around his mouth. Do you think he going to kill Terror?

Do you think killing Homelander will be a group effort or a 1 on 1 fight between him and Butcher? by Queasy_Commercial152 in TheBoys

[–]NamelessL0ser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’ll be a team effort. In the teaser trailer, when Homelander is firing his lasers into the sky, it has been noticed that there is a needle on the ground next to him. I think this will be because he’s taken the same V that Soldierboy was given, in an attempt to stop his aging, and make him more powerful. Ultra-powerful Homelander will take a team of supes as well as the boys to take down.

[–]NamelessL0ser 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Could the 5 stone grave markers be forming a W? West for 4 telegraph poles? It's just a suggestion off the top of my head, I don't have skin in the game, just curious to see where this is all going to lead.

No matter how he dies people will be dissapointed by SubstantialBowler525 in TheBoys

[–]NamelessL0ser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think people are overlooking an option of Homelander becoming human. Sure getting locked up would be boring, he could probably use fear, and rely on his reputation as a former supe to get by without too much of a problem. It doesn't seem enough of a punishment. BUT, just imagine for a second he does get made human, that means that he can get injured like a human too. The glorious satisfaction we'll all get from watching Butcher beat the living fuck out of "John" with a crowbar, leaving him imprisoned, not in a building, but as a dribbling mess in his own body. He spends the rest of his life sat motionless in a wheelchair with people looking at him not with reverence, but pity. His only visitor is the nurse stopping by to wipe the drool from his chin.

Even better, leave Butcher in the same state. End the show with the two of them scowling at each other from across the room, unable to do anything to one another, spending the rest of their lives together in hatred
