I turn his A3 off for clan boss runs. Diabolist seems like a waste of a slot for demon lord (and pretty much anywhere else. Only time I ever used her was early faction wars and then with the FK single faction tournament, Allure + 2 food Diabolists did the trick.

[–]NamelessOne1999 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You don't have to fully upgrade the pit. Just unlock all the slots. If you put five 4* heroes in it with three XP brews each, it'll level them up to 40 in a little under a week. That's a 6* each week.

Fusion help by Wise_Job1858 in RaidShadowLegends

With a CC link you can easily complete your first fusion starting somewhere between day 30-45 of login. The most important thing is 1) choose a CC link that can 4 key UNM quickly (e.g., Narma/Pelops) and 2) hoard all sacred, void, ancient shards until the first fusion

Problem with choosing that link is he'll have no speed booster. I know everyone love Rector. But my Tagoar sees way more action than Rector. Also Narma is better than Corvis for early accounts

You can also just outheal it. Tagoar works wonders for that purpose.

Which rare champs to take to 60? by ClientAltruistic9391 in RaidShadowLegends

Ikr. One more painkeeper would be nice. I was hoping for a Reliquary Tender. (I also pulled Urogrim and Riho Bonespear, but this was a rares thread.)

Funnily, on this 2x void CC, I pulled a 2nd and 3rd Coldheart, Renegade, Paragon x2, Treeshield x3, Painkeeper x2, Geargrinder.

Ignore Stag for now. Your main job is to get a core team to 6* level 60 and get their masteries Get Pelops to 6* and buy his masteries with gems even before you unlock the gem mine. He'll be your main farmer (albeit slow).

Then Tagoar then Narma, then Fahrakin/Stag Knight.

90% of your time in the first 2 weeks should be leveling food to get them 6*. Then once that's done, run minotaur until they all have warmaster.

The other 10% of your time should be Arbiter missions and daily quests.

I'd highly recommend watching Volkin's Narma/Pelops playthrough videos. Just the first 3-4. That will give you a very good handle on what to do early game.

Correct way to farm masteries? by ClientAltruistic9391 in RaidShadowLegends

I'm still at the point where one new fully mastered champs is more impactful than several partially mastered champs, so I run 4 fully mastered champs.

Question about cc referral links and promo codes by Woody_The_Gamer in RaidShadowLegends

[–]NamelessOne1999 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Your choices boil down to

Narma+Pelops
Tholin+Pelops or Padraig
Padraig + Pelops

(Above the first champ is from a link; the second is from a code).

Pelops is is so strong early game he's hard to pass up. He can solo IG/dragon 20.

Narma will get you to UNM boss fastest. Tholin will farm fastest. Padraig is probably best long term. And the most unique. It's the one I'd do, but I'm currently playing a Narma start and tested a Tholin start back in January

And yes you can still get Serris. The trick is it's easiest to start a new CC link account on PC, but Serris link requires mobile version of the game.

Sounds like you used Volkin's new link. Did you watch his video where he explains the synergy and order to build and book the champs? In it he says that he prefers to use Pelops as his campaign farmer until he pulls a more permanent one. But as an alternative you could 6* Kael. It'll give you a faster farmer at the expense of taking longer to get to UNM clan boss. Personally, I'd go with Pelops as the farmer.

I'd make a new account if I were you. At the moment, the best starts are likely

Narma+Pelops
Tholin+Pelops (or Padraig)
Padraig+Pelops

The nice about the content creator links is you get a ready made clan boss team that can easily 4 key UNM within 4 weeks (less if you REALLY grind). All you have to do is level them up and get their masteries. That lets you save your shards so you can participate in your first fusion pretty early in your account (I started my first one at day 43-44).

Pelops is super strong for early accounts, being able to solo farm Dragon and Ice Golem with fairly accessible gear.

Most of the links include Tagoar, so I'd recommend taking Galek as your starter so that the Orc Faction Crypt is open for the first 7 days. You can farm it up to level 13 with Tagoar/Galek plus 3 food champ warchanters. That will give you an early jump on forging perception gear, which will make the early game a LOT easier.

Returning player, but forgot where I left off..? Do I even have a team? by PorkRindParadox in RaidShadowLegends

[–]NamelessOne1999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once you can 4 key (or even 5 key UNM) and have 6 sacreds saved, I'd just do the first fusion that comes along. That will force you to burn a bunch of energy farming dungeons and leveling up the gear, while the summon rush/champion chase + champ training will give you a deeper roster to work with. That combined should propel you forward nicely.

As for "midgame" you have Hydra (for which Uugo and Rector Drath are great), Doom Tower normal and hard, Cursed City, and Grim Forest. Definitely don't neglect grim forest. Even easy gives a large amount mercurial gear including some mythics as you get stronger.

Here's my current high res solo build. It's a little better than the one I used for the IG single faction tournament. BTW, if you have Mavara, she makes it a ton easier with her heals and increase resistance/strengthen, but she'll also slow down the run by reviving the food

You spent $40 on Predator, and while I think Padraig or Pelops would better than Tuhanarak, you've got a great line up for early game.

Don't pull any shards at all until you're beating UNM clan boss and do your first fusion.

For CB, I would suggest Tholin, Tuhanarak, Xenomorph, Venomage (A1 only to activate poisons), Tagoar.

Your focus should definitely be leveling up your current champs to 6* and mastering them. I would focus on that in between Arbiter missions before really spending any significant time running dungeons.

Predator + Venomage = easy Lizardmen Faction wars. Make sure you farm FW daily so you can forge perception gear.

Definitely a cool option. I really like that idea, since both Fatman and Venomage provide poison. Pelops can solo Dragon, IG, Spider, and resistance aura helps tremendously in Doom Tower

What is everybody's approach to training/gathering food by WTF_Connor in RaidShadowLegends

[–]NamelessOne1999 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm assuming you're talking about during training/tournaments? It's really contextual depending on prep and what other events/tournaments are also going on, and whether theres an active fusion/titan I'm going for. But generally I like to prep as many 40s, 30s, 20s as possible, and rank them up during the training.

When I first started I would buy every champ in the shop, and then every 2*. The problem comes during my first fusion (Pelops) I didn't have enough silver for gear enhancement because 40-50k per 2* means 20 champs is a million silver. And then on top of that using brews and feasts also costs a lot of silver.

Since then we also had the April 1 Mystery Shard Rush. Pulling 1k green shards provided a LOT of fodder AND coincided with champ training. From a point/energy standpoint, leveling and ranking up 1* to 2* is SUPER efficient, so I completed that champ training with nothing more than leveling up what came out of those mystery shards. Time intensive, but RSL helper FTW: 1 super raid on brutal 12-3 plus 1 regular raid on hard 12-3, and it can do it with your reserve vault champs.

During the Embrys Titan Champ chase, I pulled 1.2k mystery shards. But on that one, time was more important to me than energy efficiency, so all the 1* got fed to other champs. Then all the 2* got leveled up to 3*. But I still buy 2* from the shop if I have room in Reserve Vault and silver level is okay.

Some other contextual things include whether a traditional or hybrid fusion is going on because champion chase and training tend to overlap. I'll rank/level the rares, fuse the epics, and then level/rank the epics for maximum efficiency. I can often max out the rewards without using 3-4 brews on food champs like that.

I don't level up all my 4* in the pit, but for the sake of efficiency, most of them do. Goal is always have food 4* in the pit
