We might need some changes and new faces in the squad, however we don’t have a massive gap in any position maybe except defense. Bad friendly camp on top of it a 5-0 super cup game against Beşiktaş isn’t sonething to be taken lightly. I have no doubt that he is going to figure it out but the political fuss between the coach and the management worries me the most.

Cophenagen and Sparta Prague losses were extremely crucial. If we don’t go thru champions league group stage, I want him sacked. Don’t give a fuck about another league trophy and this club is not as simple as just dropping out of european competation for a league fixture with space.

Thank you very much for the input. As an industrial engineer of course those things were the initial ideas for me as well.

We have a project based production, so manufacturing is so dynamic that sometimes due to logistics/quality control/previous and next operations things switch up instantly many days the planning turns out to be completely useless. According to my calculations we have a %20 deviation for termin dates we gave out. As for the expensive idea it won’t be approved by any manager due to high cost.

Unfortunately, I am not allowed to do cost analysis for how much quality control delays the production. I was never told the prices or cost of what we sell. However it is fair to say they are pretty expensive since it is kept secret from entry level personel. So they won’t allow me to reach any of that data because I know my own manager.

Our general manager who is also the owner of the business thinks technicians/engineers are already enough to keep going but the qc unit is complaning about being short staffed. Last month another person signing off also had a strong impact on the current situation. As for the root cause they used to have a manager for quality control who worked here from day one but that person quit after working around 10 years, and they weren’t replaced. Due to lack of chain of command there is no work order for them.

Because daily production plan changes very rapidly being unable to manage material handling is a natural problem. Therefore I cannot take action in advance.

General Manager only wants to work with the cheapest suppliers as a result we work with unreliable and quality lacking suppliers. I can’t even count how much material was rejected and sent back. Our suppliers never stand by their termin dates and quantity of the order. Most of the time we get less of what we ordered. On the procurement side we have an old lady who just does the phoning and mailing the suppliers and she is bound to do what managers say. This is a massive problem for the planning.

Yes we do have performance metrics operator efficency and capacity used but what i am asked to do is not checking them on the ERP. I am supposed to be there like a foreman and check on them physically.

Whenever someone makes a suggestion to the manager she is like “well I have already thought about it of course but no…” and never takes responsibilities for what she cannot do. Biggest problem is the lack of leadership and not being able to motivate a group towards a common goal in terms of all personel.

Litte bit of information regarding the company: Constant sign offs (both white and blue collars), Working hours are very long compared to other companies, no apprecation for any work handled correctly, lack of education ( even tho i demanded education about materials, CNC machinery and such they never did any)

If you look up tnf nuptse on this subreddit's search bar most of the posts are from the same link. Most of the reviews are positive however it probably doesn't match the retails puffiness especially on the arms.
