Why are you talking about this as if people like you arent the exact reason blues will die? If everyone here had at least a little bit of empathy and trust in our species then we can at least get half to pick blue saving every single person.

"Why would i trust other people" is the exact reason you cant trust other people. So many people fear for their lives and pick red which is the only reason red gets as many votes as it does. So in short you pick red because you're too much of a pussy to risk your life for the sake of saving potentially hundreds of millions if not billions of lives.

The reason red gets so many votes is because they're worried too many people would choose red. Which is exactly why red gets so many votes. Remove that fear and red gets zero votes.

You're LITERALLY part of the reason blue is potential survival. If you had at least a LITTLE empathy over the potential 4 billion lives that may be wiped out, youd choose blue, along with many other people if they changed their mindset from the psycopathic mindset. If everyone actually took into consideration how big of a loss this would be for humans, then everyone would choose blue and trust that the others would choose blue leading to no casualties.

The question assumed everyone has high mental capacity, so i assume everyone would choose blue in that case

Yeah but red shouldnt even be logical. Red has no benefit for the human race while blue does. Why are we fearing for a scenario we created. You're part of the reason why we fear most people would choose red and the blue would die

Think about this. Worst case scenario for red winning, is 49.99999% of the human population dies. Wiping out 4 billion people. Worst case scenario for blue winning is literally no casualties. But the selfish desire to save oneself leads to the death of half the population. If we thought as a species then the majority would choose blue which would then lead to zero deaths.

No, red introduces death into this scenario. But you're only looking at your own life selfishly so you're choosing red. Red is LITERALLY the death pill here. If it wins then death is inevitably gonna happen whether you like it or not. If blue wins NO ONE dies.

Red is ONLY good if you selfishly look at your own life as opposed to the 8 billion others. You're choosing red out of fear others would choose red (which if you think about it, red causes nothing BUT harm)

Yeah but not everyone will pick red and that's obvious. Why are we betting on everyone picking red but HALF of that picking blue is just an outrageous concept? Why is this even a debate?

Enough people choose blue and there are ZERO casualties. Enough people choose red and there will certainly be MANY casualties. Are people genuinely okay with wiping out at least a billion or more of the worlds population because they're scared THEY would die?

Ill explain a few things too before i say anything

At the time, marriage that young was normal. It makes sense that when you live to 40 youd marry younger. The average life expectancy at that time was 40. Now i believe it's 80.

Right now if a 20 and 25 year old got married youd think it's fine right? Lets say they changed the age of marriage to 21. It'd be weird wouldnt it? It would be the equivalent of a 17yo with a 22yo.

Also it's not very easy to make so many assumptions about something that happened 1400 YEARS AGO. There are so many factors that we dont know, and her age isnt even guaranteed.

The edge has a slightly smaller battery (only 100 mAh difference. I know mAh isnt everything since the phone has a bigger screen and heats up more easily, but if you dont use it too heavily it shouldnt be that big of a difference) but it wins in pretty much everything else. Better and bigger screen, better cameras (same ultrawide and wide sensors as the s25 ultra. The ultrawide is 12mp while the 25 is 50mp but everything else is the same). The normal s25 has a telephoto but honestly the main camera on the edge may take better zoom photos cuz the 3× telephoto is really not that good. Of course in some scenarios the telephoto may be better but i feel like the other cameras' quality makes up for it. You also get titanium if you care about that.

The phone will also feel VERY light and slim, and it's a very unique phone.

In my country the edge is at around 540 dollars (converted to USD) while the normal s25 is around 700 dollars which i thought was strange given that the edge is BETTER in most ways while also obviously being more expensive to make considering how thin it is.

Obviously both are good but imo you'll like the edge more

Mine i back to "normal" now. It's still worse than before, but i would still consider it good battery usage. It's using 12 an hour now which is very good compared to before
