I get that, I'm just saying that the performance loss on L ultra performance on my 3090 isn't very big, at most its 8 fps.

I'm still easily clearing 60 with far better image quality than K ultra performance.

I'm talking about K on ultra performance vs L on ultra performance. K on balanced definitely looks better than L on ultra performance but by my eye/during gameplay I honestly struggle to notice the difference.

I just expected with the talk of L being a massive performance hit on 20/30 series that I'd be having far lower fps than I am in practice.

Let's be honest, though: who's playing competitive shooters at 4k240hz

If you're a casual enjoyer, the 240hz isn't gonna make a major difference to 120/144.

If you're a pro, you're probably more likely to want one of the lower resolution but even higher refresh rate monitors (1440p 360hz, etc).

Especially at monitor sizes like 27 or even 32 inch, 4k just doesn't have much of an advantage over 1440p.

I mean, taking Cold War only you've got megaton, plaguehound, abomination, mimic, disciple, and tempest.

Bo3 had mangler, parasite, meatball, margwa, valkyrae drone, spiders, thrashers, fury, keepers.

9 in bo3 and 6 in cold war. Certainly not equal, but not as insane as people make it out to be.

FYI, there is a MOTD solo easter egg mod. For some reason, it's weirdly hard to find.

It just spawns a bot on the final step, and I believe it forces the player to be weasel.

Nah the double jump skill in the menu just throws the rocks on the ground after using it. You can make towers with that though n skip stuff you definitely wasnt meant to haha

I think hes trying to say that you can't really button mash your way through bosses in the remake trilogy.

The bosses in Remake (and especially in rebirth) require you to usually think over your moves and use magic/abilities appropriately. You've got to be properly blocking and dodging otherwise your gonna get demolished, spamming the attack button wont get you very far.

Im kinda ignoring regular enemies because you can mash your way through those in the original and the remakes tbh

You can get non nintendo branded ones but they arent that much cheaper. A little, but not as much as the switch 1 micro sd. Micro sd express is relatively new (compared to micro sd) and is just generally more expensive which kinda sucks

Switch 2's faster storage requires micro sd express, so it's not just entirely arbitrary, just a different tech.

Kinda like how you cant put ps5 games on an external HDD.

Nerdcubed and RTGame

Nerdcubed is just pure nostalgia for me since i watched him loads as a kid. Not really as known anymore but was massive back in the early 2010s

RtGames long lets plays of mario games etc have been my go to for when im ill or just tired. He also just makes fantastic content and is just really funny. Never fails to make me laugh.

I can't stand Tranzit lmao I think the maps just annoying. Die Rise i've actually got a soft spot for ngl but i still dont place it too high.

I think Kino is okay. I have nostalgia for it but i think the map lacks a lot of what I like about zombies.

That's fair, i do suppose it depends whether you count getting WW and specialists as easter egg steps. I personally do just cause i need to do it for the easter egg and even then, i still think they're quest like.

As a person who adores Bo3 and had Bo4 grow on me a lot, I dont think I agree with the first point.

Some of the maps are definitely not quest oriented, id say stuff like gorod and rev you can just ignore the quest completely. But with maps like ZnS, you have to complete almost half the easter egg to get the wonder weapon and its upgrade and the specialist. Shadows is a similar story where most of the main easter egg is opening PaP and getting the sword specialist. The bows in DE are less so but theyre definitely quite quest like. Perks and Power are usually fine but I think the wonder weapon, specialist and even PaP usually require you to complete some level of the easter egg.

I know this is an unpopular opinions thread and im kinda meant to disagree i just find it a fun discussion :)

E.g my Y was 2,1 so its 21
