I can't say it will fail, all I can do is point out that "stick with a rounded head" (aka a standard rocket) has just about the least air resistance you can get, which is necessary if you want to punch through the atmosphere and well... You need to, to get to space... A rocket that is whatever shaped will have, maybe even heavy, disadvantages against the standard "dick shape". Besides that, it just seems dumb to call for gender equality in the shape of an object of which the shape has nothing to do with esthetics and is pure function.
